SECC History
Home to a 50 spot After School Program and free Evening Program at South End Community Centre.
The South End Community Center is a joint project of the federal, provincial and municipal governments. Under the neighborhood improvement program the center officially opened its doors on November 28, 1978. It has since then changed hands from the City of Saint John and now operates under The Boys and Girls Club of Saint John.
The center offers three free structured programs; after-school, evening and summer, all focused on providing young people with a foundation for building assets. Programs are developed and run by dedicated, enthusiastic staff who are focused to inspire!
