Dr. Jody Carrington is a renowned psychologist sought after for her expertise, energy and approach to helping people solve their most complex human-centered challenges. Jody focuses much of her work around reconnection – the key to healthy relationships and productive teams.
As a bestselling author, speaker, and leader of Carrington & Company, Jody uses humor, and all she has learned in her twenty-year career as a psychologist to empower everyone she connects with. In her latest book, Feeling Seen, she dives into what it takes to reconnect a disconnected world.

Childcare
Childcare is in a boardroom at the Delta near the event.
Drop off start at 5:30pm and Pick up immediately after the event
What's the dress code?
No offical dress code. Dress to feel your best.
What's for dinner?
Fresh rolls with whipped butter
Fresh Market Greens with a cranberry vinaigrette
Roast Portobello mushroom and oka stuffed chicken breast with garlic and olive jus and mashed potatoes
Pie with Tea & Coffee
Dietary restrictions can be made when you claim your ticket by March 31st
Where do I park?
Level 6 of the Brunswick Square parking garage leads you to the same level as our event

When to arrive?
We recommend arriving between 5:30pm – 6:00pm. Event starts 6:00pm, but you can grab a drink at the cash bar, check in, and chat until then.
Booths from community programs are available during the beginning and ending of the event to learn more about what Saint John offers.
Where do I sit?
Seating is not assinged execpt for the first row of tables. (check table for reserved sign)
When you arrive you can write your name on a place card to save your spot. Go grab a drink, chat with a frind until the evening begins
