The BGC of Greater Saint John offers licensed afterschool care at our three licensed locations. Join our waitlist below for future openings in full programs. Scroll down for all program registrations list.

 Unlicensed Evening & Afterschool Programs

Main Club Location

**Unfortunately this year we are unable to provide transportation for the Main Club evening program, so all children must be picked up and dropped off for program.

Fall Ball Hockey

We teach fundamental movement skills and strive for the children to achieve fair play, sportsmanship and equal opportunity for all players. 

Tuesdays, from January 14 until March 25 (excluding March Break) we will be running our MINI division (ages 5 – 8) from 6:30pm – 8:00pm.

Mini – Age 5 – 8

Fall Ball Hockey

Thursdays, from January 16th until March 27th (excluding March Break), we will be running our Junior Division (ages 9 – 12) from 6:30pm – 8:00pm.

Junior – Age 9 – 12

Open Gym Time

Open Gym: staff will be in the gym to facilitate organized games and free play with our large selection of gym equipment. All ages welcome from 7 – 15.

Kid Tech Nation

Kid Tech Nation: Learn coding and other tech skills. This session the program will also be evolving to include some content from the Clean Energy Program that we run with Bayside Middle School. Designed for ages 8 – 12.

 

Kid Food Nation

Kid Food Nation: Learn kitchen skills through cooking! The children will make and eat a new meal every week. Designed for ages 8 – 12.

SEASIDE PARK LOCATION

Magic & Monsters

Kids will have the opportunity to learn and play Magic: the Gathering (decks are available at program to use), Pokémon (own deck needed), and Dungeons & Dragons. 

Starting Jan 15th, 2025. Wednesdays at 6:30pm. Seaside Park Elementary.

Puzzle Solvers Club

Borys and Virginia are starting a program that teaches the kids ways to approach complex problems using critical thinking and puzzle-solving skills. The kids will also learn life hacks to utilize in their day-to-day! 

Oct. 2nd to Nov. 27th at 6:30pm

Music With Borys

Evenings are back with Borys and Virginia running our Music Program at BGC Seaside Park. Kids will be able to learn about introductory music concepts like rhythm and tempo while exploring the experimental side of music using tech to make synthesizers and playing on electric drum sets.

 Starting February 6th and going to May 29th at 6:30pm.
